France provisional squad   Head coach Didier Deschamps has named the list of 23-man provisional squad for the World Cup in Russia.  A few players after their successful seasons with little international experience have been added to the list. Some players have put fantastic and impressive displays this season for Marseille, Sevilla, and Lyon, and those are the notable inclusions Nabil Fekir (ten caps), Florian Thauvin (three caps) and Steven Nzonzi (two caps). While Alezandre Lacazette, Anthony Martial, Adrien Rabiot and Kingsley Coman are the most notable omissions and they form part of the 11-player reserve list. Three warm-up games are awaiting France in Russia 2018. The team plays against the Republic of Ireland on 28 may in Paris, Italy on 1 June in Nice and USA on 9 June in Lyon.
